We love to see people grow into their full potential of God’s design for their lives. E3 Ministry School equips students in the Word and Spirit, empowers them to release the kingdom of God, and sends them forth to engage with the world in God’s love and power.

Dwight and Candy have over 47 years of ministry experience and multiple avenues of study. They are the lead pastors of Lifegate Church. Together, they have equipped and trained people worldwide to hear God’s voice, to know Him better, and to live like Jesus. They love to see people encounter the Father’s heart, transform, and mature into powerful kingdom carriers of the gospel.
Heather Grace has over 20 years of ministry experience in various capacities. She and her husband, Jeremy, currently serve as youth pastors at Lifegate; Heather also preaches and teaches online. She is enrolled as an MDiv student at Global Awakening Theological Seminary while serving as an intern to Dwight and Candy. Heather’s heart is to reach the lost wherever she goes and equip the church to do the same.
